The very first step is to visit the official site of the income tax department which is e-filing. There you have to click on the option “instant PAN through Aadhaar” section under “Quick links” on the left side.
There you will see an option which says “Get new PAN” on the new page.
For allotment of new PAN card first you have to provide the details of your Aadhaar like Aadhaar number and the captcha code. Then you have to generate an OTP which you will receive on the phone number linked with your Aadhaar.
Validate the OTP you received on your number.
Then Validate the Aadhaar details.
There's another option for your facility to validate your email id as well for PAN card application.
The details you have provided with the help of your Aadhaar number will be exchanged with the Unique Identification Authority of India(UIDAI) then an instant e-PAN will be alloted to you. This entire process will take less than 10 minutes.
You can download your PAN in pdf format at "Check Status/ Download PAN" with the help of your Aadhaar number.. If your email address is registered with the Aadhaar database then you will receive a copy of your PAN card in the form of PDF in your inbox of your email address. This new process has been introduced with the motive of making the entire process less time taking, easy, free and paperless. And there’s no requirement of providing any other document on the portal.

The thing which is to note that the above mentioned facility is for those who have never been allotted a PAN before and their phone number is linked to the Aadhaar number and DD-MM-YYYY format is available on the Aadhaar card. The instant e-PAN card facility is not for the minors.
